We ship across the United Kingdom. Because every decant is hand-poured to order, please allow a little time for us to prepare your fragrances before they are dispatched.

Dispatch times

Orders are typically decanted and dispatched within 2–3 working days. During busy periods or sales this may extend slightly — we will always keep you updated.

Delivery options & cost

• Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail): charged at checkout based on your order.
• Free UK delivery on orders over £25.

Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch for standard service. Tracked options may be available at checkout.

Packaging

Your decants are wrapped and padded to travel safely. If anything arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds page and contact us straight away.
